Kumar is an excellent host with a lovely house. He was very helpful,accommodating and recommended good places around to explore.Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The perfect Christmas stay! The place is only a 20 minute walk to Patnem beach and less than 5 minute walk to various restaurants. We really enjoyed having 3 balconies to choose from each day! Would highly recommend staying here 🙂 The only thing which would be nice, would be for the kitchen to have a few more amenities (but it has all the essentials)

We loved our time staying here and would definitely recommend to others (who are happy to be in the quieter area of Rajbag and go into Patnem / Palolem as suits - we hired bicycles which made it a short 10min ride). It was great to have self-catering facilities, the apartment is really spacious and clean. Kumar was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There’s a small shop and really nice restaurant (Singh’s) within 1 min walk of the accommodation.

We loved the stay! The house is very spacious, clean, and all amenities mentioned in the description were provided! The host is very hospitable, helpful and welcoming. He made our stay exceptionally easy!! The location is suitable to anyone who wishes to explore south Goa as it is extremely close to many beaches and it is also silent and calm. We would recommend this listing to everybody and would definitely book it again for our next trip.

We had an amazing time at Kumar’s place. The location is very accessible and near to all the major beaches and places in south Goa. The house was as beautiful as it looks in the images. Highly recommended for long stays.
