Great location near UNT and the square, very clean and functional. The owner and property manager/housekeeper are really nice, and communication was easy. Quiet area but difficult to sleep if there are people in the upstairs units, as the wood floors are very squeaky. Also, note that the sofa bed in the living room is not meant to actually be a bed, despite the photo with the bed pulled out in the ad.

If you're looking for something extremely cheap and basic, but conveniently located, this is it. I'd recommend bringing your own towels because the ones provided are very small and cheap. Also, because it's a first floor unit every footstep, note of music, etc is easily heard as if coming from within this apartment itself. Good for if you just need a place to crash (with earplugs).
