What a fabulous place in a great location away from the madness of the touristic areas. The bedrooms we’re comfortable and really helpful having two shower rooms. There were great local shops, fruit boat and cafes. The kitchen was compact and had absolutely everything we needed. Fabrizio was responsive and super helpful. The boat stop for the water taxi was a 5 minute walk away. It was all perfect. Thank you

The flat is just like the photos and extremely clean and tidy. It is located within a 3 min walk from one Vaporetto stop and 5 min from another. It is a 16 min walk to Pl. Roma. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and non-touristy shops nearby. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. Fabrizio sent a list of local recommendations and was extremely responsive to our questions. At one point there was no more hot water and Fabrizio came over to fix it within an hour of me contacting him. Having a washer and dryer was a huge help. The location cannot be beat! Far from the craziness of San Marco and it felt very local. Wonderful galleries and small squares to discover.

The location is very convenient, close to both the Ponte dell'Accademia and museums, and within 5-minute walk from the Grand Canal, where you can catch the water bus. However, finding this address on your own for the first time can be a bit challenging. Luckily, the host helped us by arranging a water taxi to pick us up from the train station. The room is beautiful, with a mainly white color scheme, and it's fully equipped with everything you might need.

Florence nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous a accompagnés tout au long de notre séjour dès que nous avions des questions. L'accueil personnalisé est un vrai plus à Venise, l'appartement est exceptionnellement bien décoré, parfaitement équipé, les lits sont confortables, la cuisine bien agencée. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour grâce aux bons conseils de Florence. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir dans un futur proche. Un grand merci!
