Wow what a beautiful historic home! The large CLEAN comfortable room & private bath was perfect for the two of us. A great homebase for touring Main Street and Valley Street historic buildings. Definitely walkable for restaurants and coffee. Donna is a very friendly and helpful host. Window AC quickly cooled the space and bed is so comfortable. No need for improvements in this lovely Airbnb. Thank you Donna!

Donna is an exceptional host. Her cheerful personality causes you to feel as if you are visiting a friend. Her home is cozy and filled with art. Our room had a comfortable bed and the bathroom was wonderful after a day ride on the motorcycle. Recommendations were plenty. We ate at the Tavern. Five stars plus! This was one of Donna’s favorites. The Gather Inn is located near everything from restaurants, coffee shops, a theater and so much more. We plan to return to Abington, VA for another stay with Donna!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Donna’s lovely home! We were in the area for a festival. So, unfortunately, we didn’t get to spend much time in the house. I would have loved to explore the bookshelves and other common areas! Maybe next time.
