The house was very comfortable and somewhat beyond my expectations. Its location is so good that it is almost in the center of the city and only takes ten minutes to walk to countdown or the national museum. All kinds of facilities are relatively complete, whether for luggage, or cooking, or washing clothes are very convenient. 这处住宅非常舒服，并且有些超出我的预期。它的区位非常好，几乎在城市的中心，只需要十几分钟，可以走到countdown或国家博物馆。各种设施比较齐全，无论是安置行李，或做饭，或洗衣服都非常便利。

Excellent location, but look at options back from CBD if you aren’t up for the direct line mammoth stairs! There are several other ways but it’s Wellington so you will not avoid incline! Quiet & comfortable yet handy to everything.

Great stay in Wellington! Clean, comfortable, spacious for the two of us. An easy walk to the business & parliament areas on one side, down to Cuba St location or Aro Valley to the other. The parking is especially helpful.

Great, stylish apartment, 15 min walk from centre of city. Kitchen very well furnished. Big fluffy bath towels. Comfortable stay. Disconcerting seeing neighbours through windows when lying in bed!

Handy spot on the Terrace. Good to have parking, but it's tight, so best if you have a small car. We got confused about which door to get in. My error, but be sure to check you can see the #3. Couldn't get hold of the host for help, but we figured it out eventually.
