We were extremely happy with the home. It was centrally located, had a fully stocked kitchen and a beautiful porch to relax with the entire family. We would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Matt was very responsive and accommodating. The home was just as described and a great place for us friends to have our yearly get together with our kids. The beach was a short walk down the road and convenient for us with little ones (going back and forth to the house to grab things, use the washroom, etc). Matt suggested a local block party that they held on Friday night, which was a nice family friendly event that gave us an excuse to go into town and down out at a local restaurant! I highly suggest this rental for anyone looking to get away in Northern Michigan and enjoyed our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful and welcoming the house was. Our weekend was extremely enjoyable being able to all gather outside on the deck or in the living room playing games. It was also close enough to Petosky that we got to spend a night in the town there! We all agreed we’d love to stay again!

This house was a great weekend getaway! My family and I enjoyed everything about it. The house was spacious, clean and inviting. Super easy check-in and check-out process. Would love to stay again in the summer. Thank you very much for having us.
