Top place to stay. Communication with Joe was excellent. High spec space and fantastic hosts. Highly recommended.
It was absolutely spotless and so cosy! After a long day of hiking it was exactly what we needed! Although it’s in the back garden it feels completely separate and on checking in we just walked straight round the side and made ourselves at home. It has everything you need and the views are lovely too! Thank you so much!
Really clean and had excellent facilities
This place is smaller than it looks on website. It has only 2 beds. Mattresses are not good at all. Decoration is not nice. Surroundings are ugly. There was a misunderstanding since the beginning. Not anyone fault, I Guess ! However, that caused a bit of misunderstand on our arrival, and we were immeadiately asked for more money. Owners were not friendly at all
We had a very comfortable short stay at Joe's place. Kendal has lots to offer for things to do & Joe's place was in the right place for it all.

Hiya me and Tasha are the proud parents of 3 children, Ella Alfie and Josh. We all live together and are keen runners and walkers, often enjoying days out in the Lake District. I am a keen fell runner and most weekends can be found racing somewhere with the family in tow. I have created this unique space so people can also come and enjoy this lovely part of the country.
