I can. agree totally with all of the previous reviews after spending a week in this extraordinary apartment. it is luminous. airy and large! steps from one of world's great gardens. the Luxembourg ! also steps from Blvd Montparnasse where buses can take you anywhere in Paris!

Lovely apartment which oozed French charm with full length doors in the living room leading out to a small but functional balcony. Neighborhood could not be more perfect with a bistro across the road, a bakery within stumbling distance, a laundry within 50 mètres and 3 metro stops within 5 minutes walk. I particularly loved that it was an easy walk to Luxembourg Gardens. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location with easy access to many different delights of Paris. A family friendly neighborhood where I felt safe as a solo traveler. Jean-Paul's home is comfortable, private, and a wonderful place for your Parisian stay. Don't miss out on the views with your morning coffee - such a delightful way to begin your day.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in a great , central location . Very walkable in a sweet neighborhood, out of the tourist area, but walking distance to the Luxembourg garden and other points of interest. We felt like locals and could imagine living in this great area. Exceptionally clean , quiet and comfortable. We hope to return!

The location is perfect. Central, near metro, lots of activities and restaurants close by! The home is more lovely than the pics. As a solo traveler, the building made me feel super secure as I was going in and out.
