We had a great time at Nick’s place! Easy to get to, navigate in the area without worrying about traffic or parking on the road. Everything was spotless and nicely decorated. My group loved staying here, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a stay!

We booked at the last minute and toward the end of the day. Nick was very responsive & accommodating. He gave us a later check-out time when asked. We would definitely stay there again!!

This the perfect 3 bedroom to stay in Saratoga! The home is exactly as described, very clean, has great beds, is very easy to use thanks to smart home features (which were a very nice touch so we weren’t arriving to a dark home), and Nick’s communication and response time was so fast. Many homes in Saratoga are older and don’t have central air or have systems that do not work well. The A/C in this house worked great, which is a big concern of mine in summer months. Also, I love that Nick does not allow any animals and it shows in the house. No pet hair, allergies, etc. I rarely rent on Airbnb because I have had nothing but horrible experiences. I was very apprehensive to try it again, but Nick’s place and this experience give me the confidence to rent again. Thanks, Nick!
