I stayed here for a few nights with my mom and toddler, visiting Buffalo for a work trip and to see some friends. The house as perfect for us. Clean, plenty of space, and the playroom in the basement was a huge winner for the kiddo. Helen (the house’s caretaker) left us a bunch of stuff for breakfast. Having this house to stay in really made our lives easier for this trip!

A pleasure to recommend this hostess and the house. She was very friendly, responsive and flexible. Providing some milk,orange juice, cream and breakfast items went well beyond what I expected . We would not hesitate to return

Great stay at Patricia's place which is a lovely home in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The home is very spacious, clean and warm (it was very very cold when we visited). Great instructions for the TV and we appreciated the breakfast items they had provided for us. Would certainly stay again if visiting the area

Patricia's place felt like our home away from home! The home exudes family warmth! It is spacious and comfortable! The kitchen is large and well stocked. The dining room has a feeling of classic elegance. The living room is cozy and invites good conversation. It was the perfect place for our small family gathering this weekend - making it all the more memorable! Thank you Patricia and family!

Patricia’s house was exactly what we needed while visiting family in Buffalo. Big enough for our family of 4 plus my in-laws, a large kitchen with everything we needed, and even had toys for our kids. Not the most little kid friendly space (lots of amazing books/dvds/breakables at eye level) but our kiddos had tons of fun with the toys there and it wasn’t a problem for us. The local host was SO welcoming and communicative, and even had a pot of coffee waiting for us when we arrived. I highly recommend this house if you’re in Buffalo!
