The property was the getaway we needed. We wished we would have spent an additional day to go fishing and boating. We enjoyed the fire pit by the deck and shared our evenings there. We would wake up to the beautiful sun and mist as we watched the goats, cows, birds, and other animals start their day. We would get eggs from the coop. And top off our nights at sharing desserts and stories over the fire pit. John was very responsive and the Farmhand really care for the property and shared their passion for fishing, farming, and community. The beautiful Crabtree apple blossoms, sego palms, daffodils, and landscape were all thought out and so was the Danish decor. Everything about this place is intentional and allowed us to retreat and be with nature. We will definitely return with our family and look forward to fishing and going on the boats. This is also a birders haven (Egrets, Herons, Ospreys, doves, killdeer, geese, grackles, and more). A perfect place to be with nature & friends.

Beautiful home and beautiful surrounding! Mornings outside were so peaceful! John and Janet responded very quickly! My family and I loved our stay here!

The fish farm is wonderful and we hope to come back! The area and landscaping around the house are lovely and give a sense of peace. There's lots to do for the curious, or it's also a great place to relax and do nothing. We loved the goats, fishing, paddle boating and canoeing, and collecting eggs from the chickens.

John and Janet created such an amazing experience for us! It is a working farm, so there are other people on the property. But, it is a large enough property, that it was still quiet, and felt private. The back patio is overlooks a large pond with trees flanking either side, so it is very picturesque, and perfect for taking in sunsets. My kids loved seeing all the animals. And feeding and petting the goats. John and Janet responded almost immediately to any questions we had, and we also had instructions for how to work things inside the airbnb. We are so glad we stayed at the farm! 🤩 P.S. We also went to the underground garden in Fresno, and that was pretty cool, too!
