It is a relaxing and quiet place, with an incredible view of Lake Ontario, we really enjoyed it with my family and friends. Furthermore, Hamid always answered our questions quickly, he was always attentive to our needs.

Hamid is a very gracious, friendly, responsive and accommodating host who made sure that we had a very comfortable and positive experience at his place. The location is outstanding -- relaxing views of Lake Ontario, amazing sunrise and sunsets, tranquil, moonlit lakeview at night. Very friendly neighbors. My wife and I stayed for 3 months in the fall and would love to return next year.

Really quiet place to enjoy the view and unwind. Well stocked and easy to communicate with the owner. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the greatest while we were away but we made the best of it by teaching our youngest the beauty of Mother Nature and how quickly the waters can change to something very dangerous. So much so that a dock washed ashore only to be taken out again hours later. Bad weather, don’t worry we passed the time with a heated game of monopoly(8hrs over 2days) and Jenga on premises. One of the bedrooms was hard for my child to sleep in as it housed a water filtration system and everytime the AC turned on it was loud. I did get charged a cleaning fee but there is a long list of cleaning to be done before you leave. I don’t mind as I’m a clean freak and I like to keep things tidy and the owner was coming in the same day we left. For those that don’t like to do that you’ve been warned. We would definitely be back again

Beautiful location right on the lake. This is our second year in a row because we just love the peaceful secluded privacy of this place. Watching the waves, feeling the great breeze on the water and even enjoying splashing in the water (need water shoes because of rocks) is so worth it. Inside we love the comfort and amenities of home with 3 bedrooms and large dining room and comfy couches and AC for those hot days. Hamid is a great host and very responsive. 10/10 would recommend.

My family stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed being right on Lake Ontario! Views and access to the lake were awesome and the large outdoor deck had everything needed for enjoying some outdoor living. Very large yard, making it great for lawn games and sports. Peaceful, quiet and surprisingly private property. Layout of the house was great.
