Very communicative host - great place!

This unique, spacious, and livable house was perfect for our stay, with a mix of friends and family for an extended birthday weekend of Pt Reyes hiking. The layout of the house is unusual, and Sherb was very responsive by messaging, providing additional details. It was very livable, with the bedrooms private and separate from the living and social spaces, and two of them are very large. Our good-sized group had plenty of options to be together in the shared spaces and also to have quiet privacy when desired. The neighborhood is quiet and the surroundings are beautiful.

Sherb's place was one of three we reserved for a reunion of old friends. The lay-out of this spacious house provided the guests (2 couples and 2 singles) with a perfect balance of private and communal space. Sherb was easy to communicate with and graciously agreed to let a few eager guests check in early. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms worked perfectly for our group.

We had a nice weekend stay at this house! There is plenty of room for a large group and the location and surroundings are tough to beat.

Its a spacious, quirky house in a great spot for exploring the Pt. Reyes environs. There's plenty of room in the house to comfortably sleep a large group. Kitchen is up to the task, and the deck off the main floor is great for late afternoon/evening hangouts. Railings are a bit wide on the deck for little one's so you need to keep your eye on the young kids. Lots of nooks and crannies and interesting decor throughout the house, so fun to explore and enjoy that. Main complaint was a lot of ladybugs in certain rooms, alive and dead, as well as a few other insects, due to many open windows with no screens. Other than that, its a fun place to be. We enjoyed it.
