We had a wonderful 4-week winter stay at Ashley’s beautiful Hummingbird Cottage. Very cosy during a Nor’Easter and close to some nice restaurants and cafes in Duxbury. Kitchen was fine for the three of us, and beds and sitting area very comfortable. Ashley was super helpful and charming. Will definitely be back in warmer weather to enjoy the neighborhood and Duxbury beach

I’ve stayed here several times. Our daughter lives 4 minutes away so perfect location for my husband and me. The cottage is comfortable and pretty. We really enjoy it.

The cottage was beautiful, spotless, and ideally located for us (we were staying in Duxbury for the Fieldstone Horse Show). We were greeted with fresh pastries and a bottle of wine upon arrival. Everything in the house was impeccably organized and we had everything we needed. Would love to stay in the cottage again for future horse shows or just a weekend getaway!

Stairs to loft and cellar are not for the faint of balance but fine for most. Lots of handy things in the cellar. Sit up carefully and lie back carefully if sleeping in the loft to avoid the garret-style ceiling. Lots of windows in the large comfortable sitting area, so loft-sleepers may want eye-masks in order to sleep late.
