房东Franklin是一位非常好客、博学、多才多艺的先生。他和他的太太以及女儿非常热情周到。客房和主人生活的区域相对独立，有自己的卫生间非常方便。每天早晨，Franklin都会煮好喝的咖啡。房屋坐落在风景如画的地方，秋天满是落叶，还能看到松鼠和鹿。开车去超市只有不到十分钟的车程。离火车站很近，如果坐火车去纽约十分方便。我们在这里度过了愉快的两周，彼此成为了朋友。希望下次有机会可以再来！

Franklin is amazing and was very polite , room has privacy and you feel like you’re almost home alone . Franklin gave me so many ideas of places to visit and it’s a great person to have a conversation with while having coffee in the morning . I recommend this place 100% percent . I certainly will be back

A very nice location, and quite private given that it is a room inside the house. FJ helped us access the private beach to use our paddle boards, which was really lovely. There are several pro-gun signs outside and inside the unit, which made us uncomfortable. However, the neighborhood seemed quite safe and FJ was pleasant and communicated well.

I stayed in F.J.'s place for a local wedding. The space was as described, and the location was beautiful, safe and peaceful. Communication with F. J. was easy, he was very responsive and he answered all my questions about the listing and the area. F.J. left great instructions about the property and local recommendations, and he went out of his way to be kind, accommodating and helpful during my stay. F.J.'s listing was a lovely home-away-from-home, and he was an all around great host.
