Luca & Maria’s place is a gem. The view of the lake from their villa in Bellagio is so lovely. Their home is very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The bed we slept in upstairs was memory foam and we slept so well. The upstairs bathroom was large and spacious. Luca had treats in his beautiful modern kitchen for us as well. There was plenty of lounge space throughout the house to relax with great views. Parking was easy. We easily walked to town multiple times per day. We would stay again and would recommend to friends visiting Bellagio.

Beautiful home in a magical setting. My husband and I stayed here with my Aunt and Uncle for 4 nights. It was extremely comfortable and close to town, but felt private. The views are incredible. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Lake Como for the weekend. We were delighted with the location, apartment, and host. This is a very spacious, clean, modern 2-story apartment that was extremely comfortable. The host picked us up at the ferry and showed us around upon check-in. The kitchen was new, full, and stocked with snacks and beverages. The apartment is located very close to the lake, on the eastern side of Bellagio, and a 10-15 minute walk into the main section of town. The apartment has beautiful views from the backyard and upstairs terrace. I highly recommend staying here.

Our family stayed at Luca and Maria's place for 3 nights and we loved it. Of the four homes we stayed at while in Europe, this was our favourite. It is a large property - very spacious with complete laundry (washer and dryer) and the view of the lake is stunning. My favourite spot was upstairs in the main bedroom with a coffee admiring the view of the lake and mountain. The finishings and appliances in the kitchen and bathrooms were high quality which we appreciated. And the hosts were so friendly - the only host I've ever had personally greet us, provide us with maps and local information as well as some biscuits, jams and fresh fruit. The house is located on the quieter side of Bellagio (Pescallo) which makes it very peaceful. It does though mean some extra walking. We had a hire car which we used to get to Bellagio for dinner when our six year old was feeling tired or whingy (3-4 min drive). So while you can absolutely walk to Bellagio keep this in mind for little kids.

The place was great and the yard was well manicured. Luca indicated that he maintains it himself. My family of 5 only stayed for only 2 nights, which was not enough. Could have slept 1 more without using couch (2 queen beds and a king and there were also a few couches) We would have loved to stay longer in such a beautiful home, which Luca remodeled. The view from the lake-side of the home is unobstructed and stunning. Luca had snacks, fresh fruit, and bottles of water stocked and ready for us. He walked us through a map of town and gave us a few recommendations of where to visit and eat. We had already been out for a week and needed to wash our clothes, so the washer and dryer were a definite plus. Luca was very accommodating and very responsive. The walk into town was about 10 minutes. There is very little parking in or near centro, so the fact that we could park at the villa was very helpful. We would absolutely recommend.
