I was able to meet Kristina who was very sweet and extremely helpful!! We enjoyed our stay very much as the location was very close to Kailua beach and the center of Kailua town. It was wonderful having a washer & dryer available with extra towels and linens. The tv had access to download your movie accounts such as Netflix, Prime Video and Disney Plus, etc. A wall unit provided temperature controls which made it very comfortable on hot days and cold nights. The accommodations were exactly as shown and very clean and comfortable…it felt like being at home!! The only thing I wish there was in the rental was a larger refrigerator and freezer with an ice maker. We always had leftovers and there wasn’t enough room with storing them with beverages. Other than that, it is a beautiful place to stay and we look forward to coming back and renting again with Bradyn & Kristina!! They were fantastic and made our stay absolutely amazing!! The airb&b met all my expectations. The bed was especially comfortable. An easy walk to the beach or town(Kailua) without all the bustle of the city. They had the beach chairs, coolers and toys if you have children. A washer and dryer was also available. An easy drive to Honolulu, the airport and Pearl Harbor. The restaurants were plentiful and we were not disappointed with any of them. All in all it was the most ideal spot to stay. There was so much to see and do. This vacation was very memorable and this Airbnb was a big part. Thanks Brandyn and Kristina.
This is an amazing location! Perfect accommodations for a beach vacation! The shower has great water pressure and they supply you with all necessary beach accessories! We had a blast!
Great location and spacious place. Wifi is not great if you’re working from home, walls are paper thin so you can hear neighbors very loudly.
Exactly as described. Nice and comfortable. Hosts are great. When there was a city wide power outage, they came out and provided us candles. Would stay here again.

Aloha, we are husband and wife team, Brandyn and Kristina. We feel so blessed to offer people from all over the world the chance to experience the breath taking scenery and beautiful culture of an island paradise I have called home for my entire life. My family has been in the vacation rental business for over 30 years and it all started with my grandmother Kay (hence Kay's Ali'i Vacation Rental). Now myself, my wife Kristina, and my aunt Lucy have taken over the reins and are continuing the legacy my grandmother started. Our families journey in the vacation rental industry started with one small simple unit and slowly evolved into something special for generations to come. We now we have 3 vacation rental properties in Kailua with multiple units on each. Our goal is to offer parties of all sizes the chance to visit our island paradise without having to break their bank accounts. We have 2, 3, & 4 bedroom units for larger groups or extended family getaways. We have 1 bedroom units & large studios for our guests who are traveling with their immediate family and we also have a private rooms for those of our guests who want to get away by themselves or with their significant other to relax and enjoy our beautiful Hawaiian weather.
