kuya Roque's very responsive. Never had hassles checking in and out. We'll be booking the place again for our short stays soon for sure!

Place was ok. No hot shower even after a request to fix it wasn't fixed. the first night TV did not work but after my complain they came to fix it the next day. The key card that was given to me didn't work, I had to wait for the care taker lady a good 25 minutes until I was able to enter the apartment at 1 am. they came to fix that door lock the next day as well
