This was an excellent location looking east over the ocean with a pool, quiet area but a quick 7 minute bike ride into town or 12 minute walk. The sunrise on the dock was a powerful, peaceful way to start a morning w a cup of tea or yoga. Although this was a bit over our budget, it was honestly worth it. Both adults, young adults and children all loved this place. There were group games to play by the ocean, good kitchen to cook in and outstanding front desk service. We rented bikes and road into “town” to the fry jack place, dinner and used the kayaks. We had7 people and 1 adult slept in the pull out living room couch which was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Exceptional and friendly staff who made sure we were picked up at the water taxi and our luggage was handled, really great location with the beautiful views and not far from restaurants, bars, etc but still very peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended!

Our family of 7 adults spent 9 days at Velento and it was beyond wonderful! The staff was friendly and quickly responsive to our requests (more water, etc.) The place is beautiful, exactly as presented online. The managers answered all my questions before arrival almost immediately. They arranged for taxi golf carts at the water taxi in the rain. They were there waiting and took us to the house. The place is immaculate inside and out - my children and grandchildren were blown away! Every about the place gets an A+!
