This place is a gem. It is by far one of the best places we have stayed in for the price. Kevin and his wife are very friendly hosts making you feel at home from the minute you arrive. At arrival we were treated with hot cross buns and easter eggs as our stay was the week before easter. A fresh bowl of fruit was also a nice surprise! This place is really a home away from home. Very spacious with a very nice view from the stoep and all the bedrooms. everything you need or can think of is available. Thank you for making our Cape Town holiday one to remember with only good memories and a safe, clean and well situated place to stay after every busy day’s exploration.

We had a wonderful stay at Kevins place. We stayed a week, but could have easily stayed longer. Everything was so comfortable, had everything one could possibly think of! Two nice sized bedroms, two bathrooms, a balcony/small terasse with an amazing view. A short walk to the beach and easy access (via foot, car or train) to the neighboring areas (Simons town, Kalk bay…). Safe, good parking and lovely hosts!!

We need a status beyond Super Host, Kevin exceeds expectations. In my extensive Airbnb experience, I’ve never encountered such a warm welcome – abundant fruits, excellent coffee, and snacks. The place is exceptionally clean and spacious, boasting breathtaking views. The beach is easily accessible by a short walk. Undoubtedly, this feels like a true home away from home. I absolutely loved it.

My partner and I had a great stay at Kevin's apartment! The view of False Bay from the apartment is stunning. We loved having a cup of tea on the balcony to watch the sunrise/sunset. The walk from the apartment to Fish Hoek Beach is super quick - we loved being able to walk down and go for a swim whenever we wanted! Kevin and his wife we very communicative, and fixed any issues that arose during our stay. We never had to worry about load shedding which was AMAZING (aside from the oven and a few house plugs). The interior apartment has all the basic necessities. Their house cleaner, Rhoda, is super sweet and comes 2x a week to clean the apartment. We were grateful she was able to do our laundry and clean up during our longer stay. One of the fluffy neighborhood cats came to visit us and truly made our stay so special! If you see her, please give her some love.
