Our stay at Tres was perfect. The resort was clean, the staff were friendly and always available to help you. There are restaurants within a short walk which were very good. We would definitely come back to Tres.

For the north side of the island, Tres Coco’s is an affordable, well run option. Services and communication are top notch. Though it has a more humble restaurant attached to it, walkability to 303 Belize makes for easy convenience. Just know, wind season and the unfortunate kelp build up on island can make for some pungent smelling morning. But hey, that’s island life.

Our stay in unit 203 was great. From the time of our reservation through our stay, the front desk answered any questions and had great advice for the ferry and getting around the island. The grounds were beautiful and well kept and everyone was friendly and welcoming. The location is just north of the main downtown of San Pedro so you are still close to everything but far enough away to get away from the noise/crowds. You definitely want to rent a cart to get around and the front desk can arrange it for you. The unit was clean with everything you need. The balcony has a great view! Would stay here again!

Tres Cocos was everything they said and ALOT more! The place was beautiful and in a great location. The staff was incredible in helping with everything and the on0site bar & grill was perfect for any meal and drinks. Having the walkable restaurant next over the water was so nice with good food. The staff made so many arrangements for us and having the groceries delivered before we arrived was just incredible! Definitely going back and recommend everyone pick this spot for your next trip to Belize!
