We offer you a functional bungalow for 6 people, located in the heart of the Costa Rican jungle. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden where exotic animals live in addition to the wild vegetation. This is a special place for people who love nature in the full sense of the word. The house has a separate entrance and is located in a very charming and quiet place in Platanillo, where it is only 4km to the beautiful beach. The bungalow offers a wonderful view of the mountains and fantastic sunsets. The view of the Pacific makes this place as both charming and mysterious. The bungalow was built in 2017 and has a usable area of 65m2. It is very well maintained and has a complete kitchen with all the necessary household appliances. • Why did I call the Cottage "Tucan" ,,,,, ?? Because of this, there are many Tucans in Costa Rica that can often be found on the property - which does not mean that you will not find other bird species here. ( REAL PARADISE ON THE EARTH !!!! ) 1. Bungalow has: • Bathroom with toilet and shower and hot water • Washing machine (in extra space of 8 m from the building) which is free of charge for people staying over 1 tenth. • Bedroom 1 - King-size bed for 2 people • Bedroom 2 - double bed for 2 people • In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. 2. The bungalow is designed for up to 6 people. Here you can sleep peacefully and enjoy the full holiday. • Satellite programs, flat screen TV • Internet with including (24h) free of charge • In front of the bungalow there is parking for 6 cars • 10 meters from the bungalow is a large barbecue with shelter and seating. Sleeping rooms and lounges are equipped with ceiling fans (windmills), which are sufficient for the room to reach the right temperature. This is possible because the property is located 300 m above sea level. The bungalow has a large terrace with garden. This is a great place to eat in nature. There are 4 bungalows in a large estate. One of them is owned by the owner, which is at your disposal all year round. Entrance to the property is at the main road 243, between Dominical and San Isidro de El General. If you do not have your own means of transportation you can use the suburban bus. The bus stop is about 3 minutes walk from the residence. By bus you can reach Dominical (where the beach is located) or to the large town of San Isidro de El General. The city of San Isidro de El General has 100,000 inhabitants. Next to the stop there is a small grocery store where you can buy basic foodstuffs such as fresh bread, milk, eggs, drinks, fruits, vegetables, etc. In Platanillo, about 2 km from the place of residence, there is a large, well stocked food market. On my property I have very nice friendly Dog. His name is Fredy. Hi is very well trained. You will like my dog.
