Easy to find, quick & easy to meet the owner and enter the home; off the beaten path - very quiet; easy 15 minute drive to Bryce - makes it quick to beat the crowds in the morning and if you want to drive back over to see the stars at night; small grocery store just a block away had the essentials; home is older, but absolutely clean, cozy and has just about anything you need for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a home away from the crowds of Bryce without being too far from the park entrance.

Marie greeted us as we pulled up to the house. Very friendly and personal. The location was great as it provided peace and quiet but an easy drive to Bryce Canyon.

We spent 2 days hiking Bryce Canyon. Location is excellent- close to Main Street, restaurants, groceries, and a 15 minute drive to the Park. The house is very large and comfortable. The unit is definitely dated but it has everything we needed. There is also a large washer dryer which was great, and plenty of parking.

Marie and Scott are genuine, hard-working, friendly hosts! They live right across the street and were more than willing to help with whatever we needed. We enjoyed chatting with them - really appreciated having the personal contact with the proprietors of the the house - not all airbnbs have that touch anymore. We also enoyed seeing their sheep and lambs in the fields, and they gifted us with a dozen fresh eggs from their numerous chickens when we left. It is an older house, clean and comfortable, humble and homey. Living room couches super comfy for naps after long hiking days. Very quiet, peaceful environment on the edge of town - old orchard on one side, view to fields and hills and sunrise on the other. Tropic is very close and convenient for seeing Bryce Canyon NP, Kodachrome Basin State Park, and Red Canyon, and has a number of decent restaurants and other amenities (grocery, gas). Recommended!
