Kitchen has hob, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. Tumble dryer is in an outside shed. Bedroom has wardrobe and dressing table. 10 mins drive into city centre or No 1 bus straight run into York takes 20-30 mins depending on traffic, runs every 10 mins. You are attached to the main house but will not be disturbed. You have a double bedroom. Compromise for a 3rd guest is a blow up mattress or to sleep on the settee....which is comfy. You have your own living area with a drop down screen to view TV which has free view and netflix etc via a fire stick.
