Brian was a very friendly host. He was there to greet us, answer any questions we had, and offer suggestions for places to eat in town. The bed was comfy and we enjoyed seeing some of his antiques. We were disappointed our trip didn't leave us with more time to spend there.

Brian was a very sweet host! We had a couple morning conversations in the kitchen, and he shared his passion about antiques with me. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had an adorable sunroom off of our bedroom. The perfect spot to stay a couple nights if you’re in town for a wedding!

This was a great home in a great location less than a mile from the downtown area. The character of the house and room was so cool. We enjoyed looking at the antiques. So much to see. The room was comfortable and as advertised. It was nice having the enclosed porch and private entrance for reading in the morning. Brian was a wonderful host. He was available with tips as my wife and I explored Waterloo for the weekend. When we're back out that way for another visit, we'll definitely look to book again. Thanks!

Great host! Easy to find place and the room and house was filled with beautiful antique collections. Brian was there to meet me, even though I was a late check in. Was there to wish me a good morning everyday. Highly recommend.
