This is our second time staying here. It’s a great space, super clean, and an awesome kitchen. The kitchen was so well equipped we found ourselves cooking the majority of our meals there. It’s just hard not to relax and unwind when you’re there.

Lisa's lovely cabin is well equipped and sparkle clean. A perfect location for hiking or relaxation. A stunning view of Elmore lake and mountain.

What a wonderful stay! My boyfriend and I booked this place as a last minute long weekend getaway when we realized we had more time off from school that we expected. The house was absolutely lovely and spotless! The kitchen was clean, and the bed was extremely comfy. Lisa and her husband were incredibly accommodating! I have a service dog who has to go with me everywhere, and they didn't bat an eye! They stayed in the apartment just below us and were available at the drop of a hat! I only hope we didn't keep them up too late with our rowdy puzzling and horror movie marathon! It is October after all :) Warning to other guests, there is absolutely no service at the house. We expected this going in and enjoyed our technology detox, but if you're someone who requires connection, this place may not be for you. That being said, I highly recommend this house! The fall colors were stunning, and the location was perfect being right near Stowe and the mountains! I couldn't have asked for a better weekend! Thanks so much Lisa! We had an incredible time!

Lisa was very accommodating and polite. She stayed in the basement while we were there, but we had no issues and they were very respectful of our privacy. The place is well appointed and has comfortable beds (one is softer and the other is firmer). The bathroom has a half sink. The open concept of the living space is amazing for hanging around and chatting with friends. Lawn area is perfect for outdoor games on a sunny day. Lisa was kind enough to provide floating chairs during our stay. This was nice as the lake is quite shallow (mostly waist level) and the floating chairs allowed us to sit and lounge in the water. The water level would be great for kids. There were quite a few bugs along the walk to the lake, but still worth the walk. I would definitely stay at Lisa's again :)

Nice place, nice location! swimming in the lake after long days of biking was a must! Everything is there to feel like we are in holidays!
