We had a wonderful stay with Arian while getting treatments at UCSF several times a week. For us it was a perfect halfway point from our home in Cloverdale to UCSF. The area is rural and quiet, mostly horse country (Northbay Equestrian Center is close by). We had very few issues (all minor), and Arian was very responsive to the message and the fix. Lots of wildlife, from Bobcats to a Red Shouldered Hawk that seems to appear every day around 4.

We spent most of the summer at Arian's cottage. It is a wonderful place. Walking in it, you feel instantly welcomed. It is spacious, warm, comfortable, bright and well appointed. The setting is wonderful. You have no neighbors and it is incredibly peaceful. You are in the countryside and your only visitors are the local wildlife including a flock of turkeys. We thoroughly enjoyed watching nature. Yet, shopping and all city amenities are nearby in Petaluma and easy to get to. Arian and her husband are very attentive, easy to reach and will promptly answer all questions. We knew we could count on them for anything. We had a fantastic time at the cottage and would return there any time. Thanks Arian!

A peaceful and beautiful area!!! Arian is a super host and was in touch consistently. Petaluma is a fun town with many restaurants and shops.

Arian was incredible! Her & care while being aware of privacy exceed most hosts. The place is peaceful, spacious & offers everything one could need or imagine in a short or long term rental. Simply precious. Thanks so very much! Highly recommend.
