Place is located in a convenient location that’s easily accessible. Brittany responds quick and always checks in to make sure your stay is pleasant and if you need anything. The area may seem a little off but rest assure everyone one the block is respectful. You can tell the home has history and is decorated nicely inside.

Brittany’s place is a nice, big, well equipped space. The location was kind of “fringe” as commented by all our Uber drivers and locals. Close to the train and busy street so noisy. Not convenient to walk or bike to restaurants, but we had no problem getting Ubers.

We were not quite sure what to expect when we arrived at the home, but we soon found that the neighborhood was full of friendly neighbors and was not full of tourists. This may sound odd because we were tourists visiting New Orleans, but we were interested in staying at a place inhabited primarily by residents rather than other visitors. We really enjoyed our conversations with "The Rev" next door as he worked on his car, and "Bo" who regularly sat out on her front porch and greeted passers-by. This turned out to be a great location for us and was quite quiet at night despite being located near some busy roads. The owner established just the right level of communication by checking in to make sure we had what we needed without sending too many or too few messages. The three-ring binder had plenty of helpful information and clear instructions. The Wi-fi worked well and so did the utilities. And the beds were comfortable too! We were pleased with our stay here and would return.

We traveled to New Orleans for a family trip. We chose this airbnb because it is a short driving distance (11 min) to the main areas like the French Quarters and Jackson Square. The neighborhood felt a bit questionable and unsafe but we didn't have any problems. We did have some difficulties checking in. Thankfully Airbnb Support was very helpful and easy to reach, and the host was contacted immediately. (The host was very attentive during our stay to make sure everything else was going smoothly.) Once inside we did notice that the floors were sticky and some items in the kitchen weren't clean. Overall, the airbnb served it's purpose because we only slept there . We spent our days out exploring the town.

The place was nice, Brittany was very descriptive and very kind and responsive. I just wish that we had soap or body wash in the bathroom. Other than that everything was cool.
