Great house to host small family vacations - lots of different spaces and access to the river was perfect. Everything was as expected if not better. The host was a bit slow to respond. Also bring extra paper towels and TP for a larger group. Would recommend and stay again!

Kelly was amazing to work with and the property was beautiful, very private and relaxing. We got to see deer and moose. Loved the rushing river. The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We were farther from Estes Park/ Rocky Mountain National Park than expected (about 40 minutes). Coming in, the road from Lyons was closed due to a rock slide. Download your GPS route. You will lose cell service on the road. Once at the property, the WiFi was outstanding. There was no TV in the main living area, which I actually liked. And, generally, the temps were chillier than expected (mornings in the low 40s in late June) so we didn't hang out on the large deck as much. My family truly enjoyed our stay and recommend this place to others.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful and secluded, not too far from Estes Park and Boulder. Lovely area with creek in the front yard where we could fish. A moose visited us the first day. We would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We were in the area for a wedding and absolutely loved our stay. The house is clean and in good shape and the windows in the main living space are incredible! It really connects you with the natural beauty of the area. The outdoor spaces and the stream in the yard are so relaxing. We hope we can get back here soon!
