The home and the grounds are so beautiful and peaceful. Alexandra was always prompt in responding to any questions I had about the home. When we had trouble connecting to the wi-fi she came over within 15 minutes and resolved the issue. She is very knowledge of the town and restaurants and made good suggestions for dining.

Alexandra's gatehouse was magical. We have stayed at many Airbnb's around the world, but I do believe this spot nestled in the beginning of the Highlands may be the best overall experience. Peaceful and isolated yet close to Crieff with many wonderful restaurants including a Michelin star eatery, not to mention a whisky distillery. Centrally located, we were just over an hour from St. Andrew's, Edinburgh and less than an hour from Glasgow. Everything was incredibly comfortable and Alexandra's communications was world class. To rate this location anything less than 5 star would be utterly ridiculous. We look forward to our return!

This is the first time I’ve booked with Airbnb. This property exceeded my expectations but equally was the kind and attentive attention I received from the host. You only get one chance to make a first impression and both host and property certainly made a lasting impression
