Very private, although in a neighborhood, and another individual living in the upper level of house, did not feel like there were other houses around. Quiet and peaceful!!! Steph was great with communicating and although we did hit a couple bumps, she quickly responded and went out of her way to resolve. She even thought to reach out immediately when the electric went out to let us know where to find a lantern and kept in touch regarding the status of the outage. Location was perfect for access to West Point allowing us to celebrate with our son his March back from Beast and the A Day ceremony. Son enjoyed his limited time to just hang out and chill for a bit. We plan to use again in the future.

Steph & James are amazing hosts, very communicative and helpful. The house is lovely and the views of the Hudson River are gorgeous. A few hundred yards down the road you can walk on a beautiful and well-maintained trail in the woods. We highly recommend the house, the location, and the hosts!

A really special and relaxing vocation place that exceeded our expectation! Nothing beats the location that right by the Hudson river. The host is super nice and talented artist, we enjoyed the art work so much.

What a wonderful month we had in Steph and James' treehouse-like home. Everything was perfect. Anything you could need or want was there for you use and more. The space is magical as other reviewers have said. The art was amazing. The surroundings tranquil and soothing. Perfectly appointed down to the smallest detail. Highly recommend. What a gem!! Thank you so much for hosting us.

Wonderful, thoughtfully put together space. Has everything you need. Great place if you need to get away for a bit and need a space to reflect while enjoying the wonders provided in Rockland County and the Hudson Valley. Excellent for WFH as well if you need a space to work while out of town!
