We came for a girls weekend and felt right at home and very comfortable at the inn. Breakfast and the evening snacks were included and a big perk of our stay. We enjoyed the recommendations that Dora provided regarding hikes and dinners out, and would definitely recommend this inn to others! There were so many repeat guests visiting, I felt that spoke volumes about the inn and its current inn keepers! Thank you for a great stay!

We loved our stay at the Harbour Cottage Inn. The Inn is charming and it’s clear every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Dora and Daniel made our family feel so at ease and welcome, we truly felt at home. Dora gave us excellent tips for maneuvering the island so we could see the highlights of Acadia in a day. The breakfasts were delicious, the best meals we had on our trip by far. I hope to return someday and I highly recommend staying at their special place.

Overall I am very happy with our stay, my only regret was not booking more days! The place was beautiful, the food was exquisitely plated and of course tasty. I would highly recommend this inn to everyone and anyone.

Wonderful B&B! We booked this place after our original Airbnb in Bar Harbor fell through, and we are so glad we ended up here. Dora greeted us when we arrived and made the check in process so smooth. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay, including giving us recommendations on local activities. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast on their porch every morning, and we ended many of our busy days on their heavenly veranda with refreshing cocktails and small plates. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. We also loved staying in the quiet yet charming town of Southwest Harbor. There is lots to do there with good restaurants, shopping and nearby activities. I can’t rave enough about this place, and hope to be back someday! Don’t miss out on this Southwest Harbor gem!
