The value offered here by this particular host is so amazing, that we would gladly stay there again anytime. Fact is, we plan to move back to SF as a result of our stay at Colleen’s rental.

Colleen was a great host. The place had everything one would need for a long term stay. Host was responsive and courteous. The area is convenient if you’re here for work.

We stayed for about two months and needless to say, it was great. The rooms are clean, (they smell nice too) and it’s overall very homey. We utilized the gas oven to bake cinnamon rolls every day, and they always came out amazing. There’s also a chance the mirrors above the bed and dresser might fall down. Thankfully none of us were hurt, but it gave us quite the scare. Understandably, this Airbnb is located in the heart of the city, so there’s quite some noise every night. (Presumably from the bar right next to the building) Even though this place is located in a such busy area, the streets are relatively safe. Of course, the next time we get to go to San Francisco, we will definitely be staying here again!

This studio apartment has been perfect for me for the past 7 months! It's right in lower Nob Hill so a lot of the city is walkable from here, many restaraunts and things to do within walking distance. Colleen has been a wonderful host, she has been very communicative with me, if I had an issue, she would respond quickly and fix the issues I was having and she would also let me know if there were water shut off days or something going on in advance to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced. If you're in the city, you should stay here! Definitely would stay again.

Colleen’s apt is well maintained and it has everything you need for your stay. I really love the neighborhood. The location feels safe and it has many options of dining and shopping. I definitely recommend her place!
