Loved our stay here! The place was as described, was clean, had all the comforts of home and then some. The setting was serene and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the deer play in the front yard and the cardinal couples visiting. Fred called prior to check in and explained the directions, check in process, house history and amenities. We have local family in Harrisburg, so we’ll definitely be back.

In a nutshell? PERFECT! EXTRAORDINARY property!!! It has anything and everything you, couples or a big family could want!!! This house is cleaned meticulously!!! The beds and bedding are wonderful! All the space in the house!!!!! Full size living room. There is plenty of lighting. Wonderful towels!! A fully loaded kitchen!!!!! Private. Beautiful. Loved seeing all the deer in the yard, which is HUGE!! I have to rate this a b and b as in my top three among dozens of stays. It was like being at home! The washer and dryer are a big plus also. As is the internet and TV's. Hope to go back!!!!

This place was so peaceful and spacious. I'm already thinking about when I can plan another stay in warmer months-- the yard is huge, and there are several different outdoor seating areas. The host was very welcoming on the phone, and I am sure he would be helpful if you have any questions about the area. The inside of the house is lovingly decorated/furnished, and everything is comfortable. It was just the perfect home base for a few days of hiking and hanging out.
