My family and I had the opportunity to stay at this chalet for over a month.  The location was beautiful, the sunsets were amazing, and the house was very clean. Upon arrival, it looked even better than the pictures!  We enjoyed strolls around the property (particularly to the secret creek), making bonfires, and sitting on the deck into the evenings to take in the expansive view.  The space itself was ideal for our needs, with two master suites providing comfort and privacy and a cozy loft space that was perfect for reading and streaming shows.  The full eat-in kitchen and big dining table were also well used. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again to see the seasons change and further explore the area!

Super house with gorgeous views of the Shanendoah valley. House was super comfortable, modern and cozy. Was a little worried about internet access as I had work to do while we stayed, but the hotspot on att and google Fi worked without problem. Lots to do in area too: fun hiking and biking trails only a few minutes away. River is close. Front Royal has a few great restaurants - solid farm to table type stuff. And nice wineries nearby. Great house and great host!

The month that we spent in Shenandoah Sunsets was truly magical. Waking up every morning to the view of foggy mountains, sitting on the porch every evening for a spectacular sunset, lovely hikes in Shenandoah River State Park and National Park, starry nights, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, dinners outdoors on the back patio - so many amazing memories! We also really appreciated all the amenities for our toddler - he got his own play room, bedroom and we even found some baby dishes that came in handy. Asa and Andrea were always so responsive whenever we had a question, needed recommendations or had to troubleshoot something around the house. Wifi can be spotty in the countryside, but Asa made sure we had what we needed to telework. Everything about this house felt like home that was designed with love and attention to details. We also loved the location - getting groceries, gas and takeout was only minutes away and we had our pick of farms and vineyards to visit within a 30 min drive. We would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing family time in nature.

For me it is a best house, really like home. Every detail shows how much attention the owner puts into it. If you live in there you will find it better than pictures. It exceeded our expectations. Everyone like the house, including my daughter. She just 10 mouth old. She adapted quickly and slept very well. I've recommended it to all my friends. Now I recommend it to you.
