We had a great weekend break at Wild Rose Park in one of the Hive pods. It was a really good size- more spacious than other pods that we have stayed in. The kitchen had a hob and microwave and a really good sized fridge. Really appreciated the extra storage area for hats/ coats/ bags, and shelves in the bathroom for towels and toiletries. Shower was good (once we'd figured out that we had to turn the boiler in the bathroom cupboard on to get hot water). Enjoyed a meal at the Crown and Cushion in Appleby.
