This was a great place to stay for a business trip. Svetlana made sure the house was stocked with the basic essentials (tea/coffee/milk) - very welcome after a long day. I will definitely rebook when next in the area. Thanks Svetlana

Haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt und würden sofort dort wieder übernachten wenn wir in der Nähe sind, was gut aus sein kann. Die Gastgeber geben sie extrem viel mühe was man auch merkt also Echt volles Lob , schade das wir nur 2 Nächte dort waren

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Eastwood with glorious sunny weather. The accommodation was tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, cosy & comfortable with everything needed for easy self-catering. A washing machine was also an added bonus. Svetlana & Tony were very welcoming & friendly hosts & provided lots of unexpected extras including bread, sausages, juice, fruit, milk & eggs. The location was great with 3 nature parks & the local shops within walking distance. Thid is the best accommodation of our 12 stays this trip & we would have no hesitation recommending.

Thank you again Tony and Svetlana. This is now my third visit to your lovely Air B&B. For me this is in a perfect location for Derby, Nottingham and the surrounding areas when I visit friends. I like the fact that it’s a self contained annex with private parking on the driveway and is always clean and very tidy.
