Amy's house was very comfortable for our family of 5. Lots of little details that you don't think about were taken care of such as; labeling in all of the rooms, and comfortable sitting areas with decor that makes it feel like home! The house is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is roomy and well stocked with dishes and utensils you may need. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the windows have room darkening shades, especially nice for the rooms that face the road. Most important Amy has a house guide that answers all of your questions about the house and local town and she is very responsive to any extra questions you may have. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and our holiday stay on the river was wonderful!

This is not our first stay at the Huron River Retreat and it will definitely not be our last! Such a comfortable place to stay with just an incredible view of the river. We park at the house and walk everywhere as there are so many great restaurants and shops down on Main Street. We absolutely love staying here!!

The perfect place to be close to our family on a visit. Walkable to town. The kitchen is well equipped and every drawer and cabinet is labeled so you don't have to search for things. The kitchen was stocked with coffee for both the Keurig and coffee pot, along with sugar and creamer. a few condiments in the fridge and plenty of other staples in the pantry. Very thoughtful hosts. I cant think of anything that was lacking. we are repeat guests and will be back again.

Very comfortable house in a lovely spot. Lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. An enjoyable stay!
