Really lovely peaceful cottage. Fully kitted and fells homely and really warm. We had a lovely stay. Only a couple of downfalls: communication was really slow, most kitchen appliances needed cleaning and there was no toilet paper once we arrived but luckily the lovely lady next door gave us a couple of rolls. That being said we enjoyed our stay and would go back

A peaceful relaxing getaway. The cottage was clean, had all the amenities travelers could want. Comfortable bed, a magnificent scenery and wildlife . Roma is lovely and friendly host 🤍

Lovely peaceful retreat , kitchen well stocked as bathroom , beds soft and comfy . The lodge is clean . bedding is feather which I’ve not had before at a stay and I’m allergic so I had to use garden cushions and throw first night. We found the location extremely hard to find I would advise put Radnor water in the satnav just after turn left and you will see a red box box on the wall then enter the estate go up the path and take the road that forkes to the left not slightly right all the way up. The steps down to the house are really steep and slate we bought a Torch I think solar lights would help guests as it’s black at night a phone torch isn’t enough and your car is at the top if you need to get anything. There was no phone signal for us , but Wi-Fi Beautiful birds to watch we left some seeds out and just sat and watched them all There a spa garage for any essentials about 12 mins away …the chip shop fiddlers elbow was awful I don’t recommend rubbery fish and so expensive

Roma is an excellent host - very friendly and helpful. The views from the cottage are beautiful. It is a great place to stay at. We can really recommend it.

We really loved our stay here, and as already stated, the view is absolutely stunning! So quiet and peaceful, and lovely wildlife too. Thoroughly recommended if you want some time away from the hectic world. A few things niggled, but didn’t affect overall experience: - finding the place not easy - have made some recommendations to make it easier for others in the future. - WiFi details completely incorrect + not working - took 3-4 days to sort (1 bar of 3G signal on cellular - couldn’t do anything.) - comms/response times not good - Roma was aware, so took a day sometimes to get a response. But overall, had a great experience! Ps. Anyone with an electric car, there’s an 11kw charger in Knighton, in the big car park round the corner from the Coop (which is an underground experience in itself - is a tardis!)
