We stayed in the Rose cottage and it was great as a base for us as two couples having a relaxing weekend away. It’s private and a very convenient distance from Tumut. It had a full kitchen and laundry.
Beautiful surroundings, cottage was cosy and lovely. Owner was friendly and very helpful.
Gorgeous location by the river. Relaxing and peaceful and Brett is a delightful host.
The place is clean, private and peaceful. 5min drive to local shops. Brett gave us a great ideas what to see around. We had a good time. Thank you Brett.
A wonderful location and comfortable and clean cabin. Brett was accomodating and helpful and takes a lot of pride in the property and it’s upkeep. Was really nice having direct access to a beautiful stream. I’d recommend for anyone wanting a quiet getaway in a beautiful rural setting.

Hi, i'm Brett. I'm a local. For 6 generations my family have live in the Tumut Valley. Lucy & I live on a 100 acre working farm 2.5 km from Tumut. Besides offering accommodation we also run cattle on our farm. My interests include horse riding & flyfishing.
