Door knobs on front n back doors were not working. extra charge for heating pool was not right. Master bedroom head board was loose. Towels ,sheets and furniture were very old. I’m paying for cleaning and was asked to wash towels n sheets. I did most of them but the check out was way too early so I couldn’t finish some towels n sheets stick in washer n dryer. I’ve left everything the way I found it. Cleaned and swept. Kitchen was great

Host granted early access upon my request and was very helpful to us. Neighborhood was very quiet and with exception of some wear and tear on kitchen cabinets, everything was as expected or better. We hope to come back again. Large enough for two separate living areas in home, and was really wonderful for our pet since there was access to the yard through the pool enclosure.

The house was in an excellent location. Amenities as described. We devided to spent christmas in Florida and the house served is purposed, it was a fun property, we took advantage of the pool, pool and hockey table. Our host Eric was responsive. The house is charming, needs a deep cleaning. We killed a few cockroaches, there were spiderwebs on corners and lots of dust. I ended up with a really bad allergy since Im allergic to dust mites. Aplliances(food processor and main washer) need replacement. I would rent again because the area is nice and the amenities, but would need that deep clean before.

Quiet neighborhood.... but close to everything and everywhere. We had family in Melbourne, Satellite Beach and New Smyrna Beach. Close to beach, shopping, etc. Very dog friendly location. Enjoyed Space Launches too! The pool was no nice to have! Definitely would book again!
