Really magical place. It was cosy but not too small, very pretty and a lot of fun. And loved looking out towards the sheep and pigs! Would love to visit again soon.

so my husband and I have just come back from the cabin and OH MY GOD!! the place is beautiful!!! so peaceful and secluded! I let Carole know we were here and she came right around and showed us around etc then left us to it. I'd say the best thing was the animals!!! gwen, Agnes, Astrid, mercy and petunia!!! they are SO friendly and so welcoming! they love a fuss and weren't too over bearing. sitting on the veranda at the back and listening to the stream that runs down the side of the cabin is just bliss!!! we were lucky to have a clear night and my gosh the sky was magnificent!!! the cabin itself is beautiful. very home from home. sparkling clean and has everything you need. using the fire was simple and kept the place nice and snug!! all in all I cannot recommend this place enough. if you need a break from life whether it's city life or just peace and quiet with no kids then this is definitely a little slice of heaven! thankyou so much Carole we've had such a fantastic stay!!!

Accomodation exactly as described and expected. Carole allowed us to check in earlier than anticipated which was very much appreciated. Clear instructions on how to find the address which was helpful as a rural location. Carole met us shortly after arrival and provided us with lots of great information about the local area to ensure we had a great stay, which we did. Carole took time to show us around the cabin and explain everything we needed to know and that she was available if we needed anything. Every aspect of the accommodation was exactly as described, the wood burner and the plentiful supply of wood were very much appreciated. The cabin was immaculate, very spacious and the layout very well thought out to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The location is very quiet and private yet only a 20 min walk into the village and the local pub. Will definitely be booking again (the pigs were so cute, our collie was very intrigued by them).

Had a super and relaxing time at the Cabin. Despite having terrible weather, the cabin was so clean and cosy and the animals were just adorable to watch endlessly.
