Seldom do you have a beach location that is so perfectly situated that you can be on a beautiful beach in under two minutes or sipping a drink on a balcony contemplating the serenity of a glowing bay sunset (or both!) - without the hectic noise & chaos of a typical beach vacation. It’s like having a close friend just sharing his own well-appointed beachhouse, pool passes, beach gear, kayaks, bikes, etc that is just perfect for meeting any desire or whim. The house was perfect for a week with our family of five (with three teenage daughters thrilled to have their own full bathrooms) as we celebrated a major milestone. The pictures don’t do it justice. The interior art is fabulous. The TWO balconies mean you can choose sun or shade. The outside shower was so good many of us just made it our main shower. Cape Helopen Park is walkable on the beach or 5 minutes by bike. And, Lewes itself is a brilliant beach town with charm, gastronomical oases and deep history. Incredible find, grab it!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful and well-maintained home. Marc is communicative and friendly, and the house is clean and well supplied with everything to support a great vacation. Highly recommend!

Great lay out. 3 different levels each with bedroom and bathroom. 2 of us were early risers and the other two never heard them in the morning. Comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen. Beach is less than a 2 minute walk and not crowded at all. Loved watching the Ferry coming and going. Bikes in good working order. Nice Tennis.PB courts and swimming pool. Discovered before check out that the lower level bed is adjustable for those of us who sleep better with our heads elevated.

Staying at Marc’s place was completely wonderful! He had everything we needed and more. As a mom, the toys/games they had there, plus the beach toys, were so great to have access to during our stay. This place exceeded our expectations, and we hope to visit again someday!

Very nice set up, convenient to the beach and a short ride to a very nice town with good restaurants. Lots of things to do for kids including boat tours, pool and beach, as well as beautiful state park a few minutes away. We had a few issues with missing items that the cleaning service did not supply and ants that were there on our arrival., but Mark was extremely responsive and timely and corrected any issues that came up. All in all a beautiful place, well outfitted, and a great location. We enjoyed our stay.
