The location was convenient for visiting family. When booking the place, I was under the impression we were booking a whole, private house. It wouldn’t have been an issue but the tenants in the basement must get off work in the middle of the night (using a garage door opener at 1:20 am every morning) and woke the guest in the adjacent room each time. It must be their only way to enter as even after a phone call it happened again. Apparently the cleaners only leave 1 extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, but we only had one for both and ran out, causing a trip to the store, until the tenants downstairs brought us 2 rolls. Evolve requires expiring codes each time you check listing. I won’t rent another Airbnb if they are involved. Not to be petty, but the interior looks like it was last decorated in the 1960s, with old-fashioned prints on the walls and old cabinets and decor. The old model dishwasher also doesn’t work very well. Some items in cabinets weren’t clean.

Comfortable accommodations at this location. Lots of room! Host was very responsive and kind.

We rented this home for the weekend and couldn’t be more satisfied with the process. No issues whatsoever. Definitely recommended staying here

This was a great place to stay outside CDA. Across the street was a school with a huge grassy area and a playground which was nice. It's close to stores/food but still in a neighborhood. 4 rooms were nice, kitchen had everything we needed. Nice and clean. There are several people living downstairs but we barely heard them and they kept to themselves. Great experience, would stay here again
