Tony and Matt were very accommodating, easy to communicate with. Great guys. They're great cooks, every meal was fantastic, and they even cleaned up for us making it even more of a vacation. They previously owned/operated a successful restaurant in MN. The house/room are all very comfortable. Although it's on an island, there's good wifi, filtered water, electricity, AC, basically all the amenities you might expect on the mainland. We had the whole upstairs to ourselves. The pictures show the windows that you look out of from the bedroom, but the view was fantastic, star show at night and beautiful sunrises. Of course there's a lot of beach on the island and we enjoyed as much of it as we could. One of the days they dropped us off at the North end (state park) and we walked the 6.5 miles back. We took the kayaks out a couple days, saw dolphins and lots of wildlife we don't see in our part of the country. Lots of fish to catch if you want to fish. There's more to say, but if you're even thinking about going - just do it.

We stayed in the private master and it was worth every penny. The entire upper floor was ours: bathroom was spotless, and the space was really comfortable to hang out in. The bed was amazing: surrounded by windows on 3 sides with the greatest views of sunrise over the bay. The moon reflecting off the water was beautiful, too. We were able to see dolphins swimming every morning near the dock and the ospreys & pelicans flew right by the windows every day. The kayaks are brand new and the house is in amazing shape. I brought my own fly fishing gear (picked up a couple snook in the back bay behind the house), but they have fishing equipment available for their guests. A 5 minute walk brings you a seven mile stretch of essentially deserted beach. Add in the fact that T&M are great cooks as well as conversationalists and our (all too brief) stay was some of the most fun we've had in some time. This would be an amazing stay for a family or as a romantic get-away for a couple. We would come back for another stay in a heartbeat!
