Brian's place was exactly as described. Beautiful view of the lake and a perfect spot for our paired down version of a long standing tradition. We appreciated all of little touches that Brian put in place to make us feel at home.

We enjoyed our stay at Brian’s place at Lake Chautauqua! The space is charming…clean, comfortable and welcoming. Location is convenient. Brain is a wonderful host, generous in anticipating needs and providing info. You can choose to relax or stay active outdoors. Don’t forget your fishing pole and early risers will appreciate a beautiful sunrise from the Adirondack chairs on the dock. Thanks for a wonderful week… we hope to return!

Great little, lakeside bungalow! Perfect for a couple. Enjoyed the views, access to the lake, fishing off the dock, and fire pit! Friendly neighbors. Easy check in and check out process!

Brian is a fantastic host and his place gave us exactly what we needed - a couple of days of quiet relaxation, unplugged as much as we wanted. The cottage was just as described, cozy with a great view and easy access to the lake. We had use of the fire pit and all the wood we wanted which gave us an opportunity to indulge in a few s'mores. I promised we'd be back next year - it was such a great weekend and a sincere pleasure to meet Brian.
