We were meet by Will who was very friendly and so helpful to get are break going. We were after total peace and quiet and this was the place with an amazing view, great Shepard’s hut (well equipped) and a hot tub to see the sun set in. If you need to destress in total privacy and country side this is the place.

Stunning little retreat. Really is in a secluded spot away from everything, with great views in all directions. The hut itself had everything you'd need for a few days break and is ideal to switch off. We came for a long weekend after getting married and it was perfect for switching off and relaxing.

We had a really great stay. The place is very remote and peaceful, and a great place to escape to. Everything worked well, was good quality and was clean and tidy, which is especially impressive in a small space. Hosting Holidays communicated really well and provided clear instructions for finding the place as it’s a little off the beaten track. We also met the farm owners and family who are lovely, genuine people, and who were really helpful. Highly recommend.

The hut itself was absolutely lovely, however me and my boyfriend struggled to get the hot water to work in the shower despite following all instructions. We was also unable to heat the hot tub after multiple attempts, which could be down to the windy weather we had when we stayed in the hut, and unfortunately had a hard time even locating the hut due to incorrect directions.

Such a nice and peaceful getaway! The weather was unfortunate so we had to use a green gator to travel to and from the hut from my car but it turned out that it made the experience ten times better! There is a town near by with all your essentials, pubs and restaurants. There’s a 15 minute drive hike to Chilterns AOB which has a stunning view. Will the host is lovely and so helpful. Would love to come back in the sunnier days. 100% recommend.
