This place was amazing. Literally ten steps across a one-way to the beach. Great local coffee, food, and shopping within walking distance. Parking was easy and even though the spot is great for people watching from the yard, it is super quiet and private at night. Will definitely stay again.

We’ve stayed at Airbnb all over the world and this one will definitely hold a special place in our hearts. The breathtaking views and spacious front yard and back yard! We fit three adults and two kids very easily, the host Ann was lovely. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway from our busy city. We will be back again!

Perfect stay for our family of four (+ dog). Our kids loved the big yard and hot tub. We loved the expansive ocean view and watching the surfers right outside the front door. Location is so fun - lively and beautiful. Amazing people watching from the front yard and then the backyard is totally private. Less than 5 min walk to The Point market (yummiest breakfast burritos) and 10 min walk to Cat & Cloud coffee plus more within walking distance. Was also easy to take a gorgeous stroll along the East Cliff path. Everything in Santa Cruz (or capitola) is super accessible. The house was spotless and the yard perfectly maintained, which sometimes isn’t the case for pet friendly places. Ann was super communicative and responsive. It was very hard to leave - we’ll definitely be back.

Everything about this place was perfect. The thoughtfulness of the owner putting this rental together is much appreciated. Just a couple examples: the best bedding linens we've ever encountered in a rental of any type, including high end hotels, and an excellent pair of binoculars to watch the surfers from the sunroom or the front yard! Oh, and the kitchen was stocked with high end utensils without forgetting a thing. The only thing between the home and the cliff to the ocean and incredible surfing is a one lane, one way roadway, and then the strand just on the other side of that, followed by a small fence... In other words, this is a GREAT location for people watching... walkers, runners, skateboarders, unicyclers, dog walkers, etc. ... and privacy to boot! Sitting out in the yard watching, you could tell people passing by were looking with envy. And there's a great market just a 4 minute walk away, for when you need something quick. Just book it; you deserve it!

We loved this cute bungalow. It was cozy and had great amenities. We loved the hot tub at night and quick access to the beach across the street. Ann is a wonderful host and checked in to make sure we were happy with her house. It’s in a great location, very quiet and quick access to the boardwalk and Capitola. I would come back here again!
