Great location, amazing views of the ocean from the deck! Would definitely stay again!

The house is in a great location and very roomy for a large group. If you are not picky it is a great place. It can definitely use some updates and maintenance just because some things look like they haven’t been touched for many years. It would be nice if the main window didn’t fog up as others have mentioned. But it was clean and comfortable so overall because of the beautiful view and location it was a good value.

Everything was absolutely wonderful, we enjoyed our stay. I did want to mention two negatives but didn’t want to give less stars because it was a great stay. The red sofa down stairs is past its best days. Very worn out and uncomfortable and the window in the living room has some serious water damage and made it impossible to enjoy the view from the living room and that was one of the main reasons we booked with you. Other then that is was great. Thank you.

The location is great. Beautiful beach, close to restaurants, and grocery stores. Beds and furniture comfortable. Place needs maintenance and updating. The biggest complaint was the large window in living room to view the amazing views, seal was broken making it all fogged up and impossible to see the view. The carpet in the entire place felt dirty, I would not walk on it without socks on. The walls were dirty and in need of a good cleaning. The rest of house felt clean. Everything dated but functional. Kitchen had everything needed. The house had a mildew smell probably from water damage to home. I would give it an overall 3.5 ⭐️ mainly because the location was great right in the middle of the coast making it easy to travel both north and south alone the coast to see all the amazing beaches.

The house is in an amazing location with a beautiful view. However, the balcony was damaged and inaccessible, the house was generally a lot more used and scoffed than the photos suggested, and Meredith Lodging was inattentive to any of our concerns about these shortcomings. Overall disappointing service and misleading ad.
