We had a great stay for the weekend. Very relaxing place, we especially loved the wood cabin feel and look if the place. We most definitely plan on staying here again. It was great experience overall for our first visit to Idyllwild.

Timbered Pines was exactly what my family and I needed. My family and I enjoyed 4 Nights at Timbered Pines and it did not disappoint. This adorable little cabin is nestled at the end of the street surrounded by lots of beautiful trees. We came up just in time to see a winter storm and were able to get the fireplace going to cozy up and enjoy. They had everything we needed for our stay, and the check-in process was super easy with clear instructions. The Cabin was nice and tidy and we felt comfortable right away. My kids loved staying in the loft, and hanging out downstairs by the fireplace watching movies. We even brought our little shihtzu(Tater) and They had the cutest little bowls for him. Thanks Timbered Pines for allowing my family to enjoy your little cabin. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our Christmas at Timbered Pines, especially how quiet and relaxing the cabin was. Overall we would rate our stay 3.5 stars. Upon arrival, I noticed a foul smell in the air, smelled like bad meat. The smell was strongest in the downstairs bedroom closet (connected to the shower wall) it was so bad that we couldn't use the closet and had to sleep with the door open to keep it aired out. I notified the host (who was very quick to respond) but he said no one else mentioned a smell before. He offered air freshener & a cleaning crew to come, but there was no need. There must be a septic pipe leak causing the smell, so we did our best to ignore it. The biggest inconvenience was the trash needing to be handled by us and not the cleaning crew. Our little car was packed to the brim so I needed to put two bags full of old food/garbage at my feet and prop my legs up on the dash to drive to the recommended dump that was CLOSED (Tues & Wed). The host then said to leave at the cabin.

My wife and I had a wonderful time during our 5 nights at this beautiful cabin this is our 2nd time staying here and won’t be our last.We really enjoyed staying at the cabin much of the time with the fireplace going at all times and enjoying each other’s company.The cabin had all the necessities needed for a beautiful B-Day getaway and the host was always available and replied to my messages promptly.The cabins location is perfectly located and surrounded by beautiful nature.Thanks again for sharing your cabin with us and hope to make a return trip soon.
